Alumni Online Services Registration for GSB Students

Important Information - Please read before registering for your alumni username and password.

A caution about your alumni username:
CHOOSE YOUR USERNAME CAREFULLY because you cannot change it. Please note: Your alumni username will be the first part of your lifetime alumni email address (username@alumni.stanfordgsb.org) when you graduate and your student email account closes.

Guidelines for Using the Alumni Directories
Our alumni are very quick to let us know when they feel others are misusing their personal information or sending spam. Therefore, we ask all users to abide by the following policies.

  • The Directory information, your username, and password should never be shared with anyone.
  • Emails sent to alumni should not promote personal business or special interests because alumni view such correspondence as spam.
  • When contacting alumni, please include your name, program, and class year. Make sure your message clearly states your purpose, is personal and targeted to the alum you are contacting, and again, should not promote personal business.

How to Register for Alumni Only Services and Access the Alumni Directories
